S: 29 cm - 33 cm inner circumference (~ 11.4 inch - ~ 13 inch)

M: 34 cm - 38 cm inner circumference (~ 13.4 inch - ~ 15 inch)

L: 39 cm - 43 cm inner circumference (~ 15.4 inch - ~ 17 inch)

How Do I Find My Size ?

In order to measure, either use a circular measuring tape or a piece of thread that you can then measure with a linear measuring tape or scale.

If you measure a circumference of 29 cm for your neck, size S should fit you snugly on the tightest setting and more loosely on the widest. If your neck is smaller than 29 cm or broader than 42 cm we advise you to contact us and ask about a custom size - you do not commit to anything by contacting us, so feel free to ask ahead :) If you have further questions about measuring please ask us too - we are happy to help.

Processing and Shipping Information

All our items are made just for you. After you order, we create your item - this usually takes us 2 to 14 days depending on how swamped we are with orders :)

Once your item is complete and packaged, we ship it on the next possible business day. Shipping time within Germany usually ranges from 2 to 5 business days. Europe shipping time is typically up to 10 days and UK shipping time up to 20 days. For any other country shipping times can range anywhere between 10 days and 3 months. Please feel free to contact us if you are located in a country that is situated at a great distance to Germany - while we can’t give you guarantees for shipping times, we can assist you in finding information on when your package is likely to arrive.
