How Can I Get In Contact To Talk About Custom Items?
Step One: Send us a message on Instagram and let us know what you’d like to speak about in as many or few words as you like.
Step Two: We answer you and we decide together by which means of communication we want to continue the talk. We can e-mail back and forth, chat further on insta or find a solution suited best to your needs.
Step Three: If we settle on something that you like and we can create, we discuss prices - If we can settle on that too, we create a custom item in the shop for you. You can then purchase the item and we will start working on it right away
Do You Only Make Chokers Or Can I Ask About Other Items Too ?
You can ask about any idea coming to your mind. May it be harnesses, sword slings or something entirely new, we are always excited to discuss options and love the variety of working on different projects,
Is It Possible To Change The Color Of The Black Vegan Leather Strap ?
Yes it is - You can get a different color of vegan leather as the base by ordering a custom item. Quality vegan leathers that are suited for chokers are not easy to come by - hence we don’t include them in the regular item options. However, ordering a certain color for a custom item is possible after we have a chat about what exactly you wish for, how long it would take to make that wish come true etc. So don’t hesitate to ask, we love creating those extra special items together.

My Country Is Not Listed In The Shipping Options - Can I Still Order?
Most likely you can - shoot us a mail and we’ll let you know if there is an issue with shipping to your country or if there was simply a mistake in the shipping system.

Absolutely, please do. There are no stupid questions and while we try our best to provide all the information we can think of, it’s always possible we missed something that is essential to you. Don’t be afraid of asking - We will do our best to help.

For sure - please ask away. We do not believe in talking around money or in the notion that money talks have to be uncomfortable. Let us know what amount you could spend and what you’d like to get done and we’ll reply kindly - no matter if it’s possible or not to accommodate your wish.
Are you Eco-Friendly ?
We are currently doing the following to ensure we act as eco-friendly as possible:
1) We use easily recyclable packaging materials
2) We order our singular supply pieces such as our rivets and vegan leather from businesses close to us to minimize the overall shipping footprint of our products.
3) We keep a look out for new vegan leathers that are even more eco-friendly than the current ones available.
4) We are always open to suggestions. If you have any ideas on what else we could do to make our business eco-conscious, do reach out - It is much appreciated.
